The 88 year old who was abducted from Martinsville on Wednesday has been found safe in Northern Virginia.  Authorities say John Wimbush is being treated at the local Veteran’s Affairs Hosptial and appears to be in good health.  He will be waiting there for his family’s arrival to bring him back home.  Valerie Condell the accused abductor in the case is in custody in Washington, D.C. and will await extradition back to Virginia.  She was believed to have kidnapped Wimbush in an attempt to extort money claiming to be his daughter.
