(Danville, Va.) — Danville Police responded to a double shooting in the 200 block of Withers Road early Sunday morning.

Neighbors reported hearing multiple shots fired in the vicinity of 208 Withers Road at around midnight. Police responded and found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Dozens of shots could be heard in a video posted on social media.

Two Danville residents were transported to SOVAH Health for medical treatment. Police say a 26- year old male suffered a gunshot wound to his lower left leg. A 24-year old male is being treated for a gunshot wound to his upper torso. Their conditions were not available.

Danville Police are continuing their investigation.
