(Danville, Va.) — A third man is wanted in the murder of Antwan Duval Tucker Jr. of Danville.
The Danville Police Department is currently searching for 23-year-old Dashaun Lamar Trent. Trent is wanted for attempted murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Trent should be considered armed and dangerous.
Tucker died of a gunshot wound to the head. Police received a call of shots fired on Ross Street just before 11 p.m. Friday, Dec. 22 and found Tucker in the emergency room of SOVAH Heath Danville. He was transferred to Roanoke Carillion Hospital, where he died the following morning.
On Tuesday, The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Greensboro Police Violent Criminal Apprehension Team arrested 19-year-old K’Darius Taequan West in Greensboro. West is charged with three counts of attempted malicious wounding in connection with Tucker’s death. He is being held pending extradition back to Virginia.
Tredarius Jameriquan Keene, 25, is also wanted in the murder and remains at large. He is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
