
Two Dry Fork men were arrested in Pelham on multiple charges. According to the Caswell County Sheriff’s Office, 49-year-old Andrew Hill Payne was arrested on Wednesday.
Payne has been charged with two counts of breaking and entering, two counts of larceny after breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny, and one count of injuring public utility property. He has been placed in the Caswell County Detention Center under a $30,000 secured bond.
Payne will have his first court appearance on August 20.
41-year-old Barry Dean Edwards was arrested on Thursday and has been charged with two counts of breaking and entering, two counts of larceny after breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny, and one count of injuring public utility property. Edwards was placed in the Caswell County Detention Center under a $100,000 bond.
His first court appearance will be on August 13.
