MADISON HEIGHTS, VA – Amherst County Sherriff’s deputies arrested Ronnie Lee Ramsey Wednesday afternoon after explosive materials were found at two different homes in Madison Heights.  Deputies called upon the Virginia State Police’s bomb techs to deal with the materials.  Bomb techs went ahead and blew up the materials in a controlled explosion.  Ramsey was charged with possessing explosive materials.
