(Danville, Va.) — A third teen was arrested Friday and charged in a Danville homicide that happened last fall.

Brian Lamont Terry 18, was charged with three felony indictments handed down by a Danville grand jury: attempted first degree murder; conspiracy to commit first degree murder; and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

The Danville man is charged in the September 28, 2017 homicide of Louis Isaiah Glenn 0n Moffett St.

Two other defendants were arrested earlier and a third remains at large.

Stevie Jermaine Johnson Jr. 18, of Danville was charged in October with conspiracy to commit murder and with willfully discharging a firearm in a public place resulting in bodily injury.

A 14-year-old male was charged with possession of a handgun while under the age of 18, attempted malicious wounding, and criminal street gang participation.

This past April, 17-year-old Rayshawn Wa-heim Bennett was charged with conspiracy to commit first degree murder, attempted first degree murder, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, in connection with this investigation. He is still at large.

Johnson and the 14-year-old juvenile are still in custody awaiting trail. Terry is currently in the Danville City Jail under no bond.

The investigation is continuing.
