(Danville, Va.) – A Danville man was robbed inside his home early Saturday morning.
Police say the victim was assaulted in the 100 block of Winslow Street just before 3 a.m.
The resident reports that an unknown male forced his way into the house, assaulted and robbed him before fleeing on foot.
The robber is described as a black male about 20 years old, approximately 5’9” and wearing dark colored clothing.
He made off with an undisclosed amount of money.
The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
