Danville native and former Dan River star Terrell Edmunds is leaving the Pittsburgh Steelers to sign a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. Edmunds played the first five seasons of his career with the Steelers.

During his time in Pittsburgh, Edmunds recorded 410 total tackles and five interceptions. He now joins an Eagles team that won the NFC and lost in the Super Bowl in February.
