The Virginia Employment Commission is conducting an Annual Survey on Prevailing Practices in Agricultural Employment. The VEC mailed the survey to agricultural operations who hire farm employees in certain target crops and occupations. Agricultural employers may also obtain the survey document at vec.virginia.gov Sureys are due by July 8. The VEC will publish survey findings by October 2023 and the findings will apply to H-2A visa
applications filed in Fiscal Year 2023.
