Richmond, Va – October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so Virginia’s Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, or DGIF, is encouraging hunters to wear blaze PINK during deer season.

In an effort to highlight the new law that allows the wearing of blaze Pink and to honor those who are now battling or HAVE suffered with breast cancer, the DGIF has also changed the markings on five of their law enforcement vehicles from gold to pink for the month of October.
