Baby Supply Drop Off for Oklahoma Victims
Please help the victims of Oklahoma's horrible tornado by donating diapers, baby wipes, powdered baby formula, toiletries and non-perishable food items. Piedmont Pharmacy (305 Mt Cross Road) is the designated drop-off point for these items - between the hours of 8am - 6pm. All donations will then be given to God's Pit Crew to take to Oklahoma.
Singing in the Spirit Community Event
High Street Baptist Church in partnership with the Duke Health center will host “Swinging in The Spirit - Community Health Event” to provide heart healthy cooking demonstrations, gospel line dancing, Zumba, screenings, health education discussions and by-stander CPR demonstrations. The event will be held May 25th at High Street Baptist Church from 4p - 9p.
