Guess I'll Stick to the Futon

 He sure does know how to take up some room on a bed. Geez.
This is pretty much Lucci's favorite past-time, besides eating and beating up his huge Simba stuffed animal.
And I'm definitely surprised that my bed wasn't completely messed up. See, ol' Luciano LOVES to get under all the covers - including the sheets, something I never do. I don't know why, but I just can't stand sleeping under the sheets. It has its advantages, really. Think about it, less steps in the making of the bed process...like it matters now, considering Lucci has taken over my sleeping quarters and does what he wishes.
Big upside of sleeping with Lucci - in the cold weather, he's my mini-space heater. In the summertime his little warm body pressed as close as possible against me can cause a night of kicking my legs out from under the covers. Buuuuuut in the fall/winter, I welcome the warmth. :)
No matter what he does, one look from those big brown eyes and a doggie kiss to my cheek melts my heart. Is this what motherhood feels like?!
