Softball Open Tryouts

Girl Scout Kick Off Event

 Kick off your school year by attending the Girl Scout Kick Off! Girls will have a scavenger hunt, make crafts, have a snack, sing songs, outdoor adventures, and play games and earn a patch!  End the night with a short hike on a trail that will begin at 7pm (wear closed toe shoes and take a flashlight)!
 
Who: All girls and caregivers (each girls caregiver/parent will provide supervision)
When: Friday, August 26 from 5-8 PM
Where: Dan Daniel Park Shelter #17
Cost: FREE snacks and drinks will be provided by the Danville/Pittsylvania Girl Scout Community:
 
Please take a canned good to donate for our community service project
 
Girls will discover the fun through activities, songs, stories and crafts. Parents will learn more about Girl Scout programs and volunteer opportunities. Every girl must be accompanied by an adult.

Tucker Beathard

Tucker Beathard is the son of Nashville songwriter Casey Beathard. As a child, he played drums in a band that also included his brothers, but later moved to playing guitar instead. He attended Middle Tennessee State University with the intent of playing baseball, but after tearing his shoulder, he chose to focus on music instead.
