(Ruffin, N.C.) — Sheriff’s deputies are looking for the man who robbed a Ruffin, N.C. convenience store Monday night.

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department says a man entered the Pan Mart #2 on Oregon Hill Road about 9:30 p.m., produced a silver handgun and demanded money. He was given an undetermined of cash before fleeing in a dark colored SUV.

The gunman is described only as a tall, African-American male. His photo appears on our news page.
