(Yanceyville, N.C.) – Caswell County Sheriff’s deputies have charged 27-year-old Daniel O’Bryant Pettiford of Providence, N.C. with the theft of multiple all-terrain vehicles from a home on Marshall Graves Road in Yanceyville.

Investigators arrested Pettiford within hours of the theft Monday and recovered the ATVs from the area of Stoney Creek School Road.

Pettiford was placed in the Caswell County Detention Facility under a $2,500 secured bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for September 20 in Caswell County District Court.
