Who doesn't love bacon? (Well, besides those with religious stipulations and people who choose to be vegetarians.)  You can put it on a sandwich, pair it with eggs and toast, crumble it into a salad, eat it by itself…the possibilities are endless! (Bacon recipes HERE)

One of my favorite things about being a mom to a toddler is watching him experience new flavors.  I know he doesn't like carrots, but will go crazy on a pile of mashed potatoes.  I haven't tried bacon just yet. 

After looking through Facebook during my spare time (what working mom has that?) I saw this video of a little boy (probably around my son's age) trying bacon for the first time and it's adorable!! So adorable, it makes me want to stop by the store after typing this blog entry and pick up several packs of bacon! Granted, I'd probably just my son one piece but let's face it, once my husband smells bacon cooking in the kitchen, he's downing it – one fist full at a time.
