So I've been trying to give myself some "me time" which is super hard when you've got a full time job, husband who works all the time and a child who is now mobile!! But I did it and joined the gym the beginning of February. I'm losing weight, building muscle SLOWLY, but they say that's the best way to ensure it doesn't come back…okay.
